Ajay Rajani ist ein akkreditierter Lehrer der 5Rhythmen, der 2014 bei Jonathan Horan, dem Sohn von Gabrielle Roth, trainierte. Ajay wurde in Afrika mit indischen Wurzeln geboren und wuchs in London, England, auf, wo er in einer vielfältigen, multikulturellen Gemeinschaft aufblühte, die fünf internationale Sprachen spricht. Seine spirituelle Reise begann vor über 20 Jahren mit einer intensiven Praxis der Sitzmeditation und diese prägt auch heute noch seine 5-Rhythmen-Lehre, in der er dazu inspiriert, den Moment zu verkörpern und deinem Körper zu erlauben, dein größter Lehrer zu sein.​

Thierry Francois is a trained actor, and Gestalt Therapist. He discovered the practice of dance in 2002 in Paris and gradually followed the path of teaching. He trained as a 5 Rhythms dance teacher with Gabrielle Roth in the United States. 

"When I discovered this practice, I remember thinking to myself, this is what I was looking for, this is what I expected, the technique gives way to movement, and the important thing is that I move outside and inside myself, the purpose is to go towards something! don't yet know. I like to put my enthusiasm, energy, lightness and humour into my teaching." He is one of the Leaders of the MKP movement working on masculine identity
